The goal of the New Canaan Human Resources Department is to support all our employees and make it easier to do the best job they possibly can. HR Staff are available to answer questions, assist in the completion of various state and district forms, assure that staff are paid accurately and promptly, process certification renewals and tuition reimbursement requests, process and resolve issues quickly and appropriately so that staff may focus on the educational program for all our students.
